1. Who we are
Letusdify ("we", "us") is an automation platform operated by [Letusdify — legal entity name to be added upon registration], Tunisia. Contact: straighttopoint.business@gmail.com. We provide business automations (WhatsApp outreach, email outreach, AI chat assistants) to business customers ("Clients").
2. Data we collect about Clients
When you create an account we collect: owner name, business name, email, phone number, country and timezone; wallet balance and payment/deposit records; credentials you provide to connect third-party services (WhatsApp Business, Google, SMTP, AI providers) — stored encrypted; and execution logs and usage data needed to operate and support the service.
3. Data we process on behalf of Clients
Our Clients use Letusdify to contact their own leads and customers. In doing so, we process on the Client's behalf: lead names, phone numbers, email addresses and notes (stored in the Client's own Google Sheet, accessed by us to run the automation); WhatsApp conversation contents between the Client's customers and the Client's AI assistant; documents the Client uploads to its assistant's knowledge base; and email delivery/open events. For this data, the Client is the data controller and Letusdify acts only as a processor on the Client's instructions. If you are a lead or customer of one of our Clients and want your data corrected or deleted, contact that business directly, or use the unsubscribe link / reply STOP; you may also contact us at straighttopoint.business@gmail.com and we will assist.
4. Purposes
We use data solely to: provide and operate the automations you configure; bill your subscription; secure the platform; provide support; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use Client or lead data to train AI models.
5. Where data is stored and sub-processors
Data is hosted with Supabase and Vercel (cloud infrastructure). Depending on the automations you enable, data is processed by: Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business API), Google (Sheets/OAuth), your chosen AI provider (e.g., OpenAI), and your email/SMTP provider. Each sub-processor receives only what is necessary to run your automation.
6. Security
Third-party credentials are stored encrypted; access is restricted per business account (row-level security); communications are over HTTPS. No system is 100% secure; we will inform affected Clients of any breach without undue delay.
7. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. Conversation data, knowledge files and logs are deleted upon account deletion request. Lead data lives in the Client's own Google account and is never retained by us beyond operational processing and logs.
8. Your rights
Under Tunisian Organic Law No. 2004-63, you may request access, rectification or deletion of your personal data at straighttopoint.business@gmail.com. We respond within a reasonable period.
9. Cookies
We use only session cookies necessary for authentication. No advertising trackers.
10. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be notified by email or in-app.
